Policy Adaptation and Standard Operating Procedure
An assessment will be conducted to ascertain the organisations existing governance structure around menopause management in the workplace. The organisations current Health and Safety Policy will be adapted to incorporate Menopause Management in the workplace specific to the organisations individual set of circumstances and resources.
It will include stand alone guidance on Performance Management and Sick Leave specific to menopause.
A standard Operating Procedure will be devised specific to the organisations individual set of circumstances and available resources.
On completion of this training, education, policy adaptation and standard operating procedure package, your organisation will be:
- fully compliant with current employment legislation governing menopause in the workplace
- substantially less likely to be faced with tribunal
- aligned with any future accreditation as a menopause friendly employer
- known as an employer that places staff wellbeing centre stage in its organisation
